Keeping up with NaNo can be hard, but you're doing great so far! Keep up the good work and don't get cocky before the month's over! Remember that once November's over, you can edit, which is glorious and wonderful. You can't edit if there's nothing there.
And when in doubt, remember the famous adage of your Writer's Craft teacher from high school...
"Less talk, more write!"
