Dear self,
EAT DINNER.
Yes, every day. Yes, proper dinner. Even the days you don't feel like it. When you don't, or when you decide pizza or toast or 2 minute noodles will do, you will regret it when you wake up at 3am and can't get back to sleep from the whatever it is your blood sugar does when you skip meals.
How do you not know this already? How come you keep waking up like its a surprise?
